These Cards Are For U
A deck designed to assist and mitigate stress management for post-secondary students through the use of self-guided prompts and journaling.
Each card will contain unique exercises, tasks or cues to assist with both general scenarios and situations specific to young adult and/or post-secondary life.
This project is projected for release in 2026/2027.
