A deck designed to assist and mitigate stress management for post-secondary students through the use of self-guided prompts and journaling. Each card will contain unique exercises, tasks or cues to assist with both general scenarios and situations specific to young adult and/or post-secondary life.

For creators and creatives.
These Cards Aren't Bad is a deck involving self-reflection and a game-based way to excite creative process and practice. Preliminary research for this project has been generously supported by Patthedog Theatre Creation Microgrants (2025).​
